Rhianna, Office Manager
As Patient Care Manager and Medical Consultant at NuBody Concepts, Rhianna ensures a smooth process for our patients – from initial consultation to post-op care. She has worked in the healthcare field for almost ten years.
As a former makeup artist, Rhianna knows that people feel their best when they look their best. This is why she loves working in the cosmetic surgery field. She is also currently enrolled in college to further her education.
In her free time Rhianna enjoys to read, attend concerts, spend time outdoors with her kids, hiking and exploring new places, and cook. She also loves going to Predators hockey games!
Stephanie, Front Desk
Stephanie manages the front desk at NuBody Concepts in Brentwood and is the first contact for patients who call or come into the office. She is originally from Ohio and recently moved to Nashville. She loves being a part of the NuBody team and making everyone feel comfortable, whether they are a new or returning patient.
Stephanie has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Management from the University of Toledo. She is an advocate for making the earth a better place and believes in reducing waste and recycling whenever possible for long-term sustainability.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys cooking, working out, camping with her family, and going four wheeling. She is also an avid animal lover. And, last but not least, she recently got engaged to her fiancé, Matthew.
Emmie, Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Emmie, a graduate of Empire Beauty in Franklin, TN, is a licensed Medical Aesthetician with a passion for skincare and wellness. With almost 10 years of experience in the industry, she has dedicated her career to helping clients achieve their best skin through personalized treatments and skincare routines.
Her extensive medical grade product knowledge allows Emmie to achieve good results with advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, and waxing. Her services also include Hydrafacials, brow wax & tint, and lash lift & tint. She focuses on utilizing advanced techniques and technologies to address a wide range of concerns, from acne and scarring to signs of aging and hyperpigmentation.
When not helping patients, Emmie makes sure to make time for regular strength training to maintain her overall health and wellness. She also likes to listen to live music, and loves to travel and explore new places.

Diane, Licensed Aesthetician
Diane is a licensed Aesthetician who specializes in medical aesthetics. She believes that every client has unique needs, and she structures all of her treatment protocols to the specific individual to ensure optimal results.
Diane completed her education in Miami, Florida and at Florida College of Natural Health, with an emphasis on skincare and medical aesthetics. She has been serving the Nashville area as a licensed, practicing aesthetician since 2005. Over the years, Diane has honed her skills in many areas of aesthetics, including, but not limited to, microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, skin tightening, and scar revision.
When she isn’t reading a book, Diane likes to spend her free time in the great outdoors, whether it is hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, or simply puttering around in her flower beds.
Brittney, Licensed Aesthetician
Brittney Schoessel is a licensed medical aesthetician with a deep passion for helping others feel their best, inside and out. Her personal battle with acne, which spanned over twenty years, ignited her journey into the field. After years in the corporate world, Brittney transitioned into aesthetics in 2015, driven by her desire to make a difference in others’ lives.
Brittney believes in a balanced approach to skincare, combining both medical and holistic methods to help her clients achieve their ideal goals.
With extensive experience in dermatology and medspas, Brittney is skilled in advanced facials, professional exfoliation services, brow lamination, waxing, volume lash extensions, and makeup applications. She holds certifications in Microneedling, Hydrafacial, and LED therapy, and she specializes in facial massage. Brittney’s philosophy is that beauty is a transformation that starts from within, and she is dedicated to guiding others on their journey to radiant beauty, both inside and out.
When not at work, she loves spending time with her kids and husband, traveling & cooking. She serves on a non-profit board doing work in India as well as spends her time serving in her church.
Shauna, NeoGraft Consultant
Shauna has over 15 years experience in the healthcare field and we are proud to have her as our Certified NeoGraft Consultant. She finds that helping others achieve their goals is the most rewarding experience in her work with The Hair Doctor & NuBody Concepts.
Being a real people person, she thrives on interacting with her patients and helping them begin their journey. She has been with NuBody Concepts since its beginning in 2012.
In her spare time, Shauna is kept very busy with her husband and 6 children. Shauna has a talent and passion for singing, and also enjoys cooking, and working out.

Lori, Practice Manager, Medical Consultant & Nurse Injector
Lori has degrees in both nursing and Business Administration, with a combined 15 years of nursing experience. She started her career in cardiology, followed by urology and worker’s comp. Most recently, she spent the last decade in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
Lori has been the office manager and head medical consultant for our Memphis practice since 2019. She has been passionate about breast cancer awareness since her mother’s diagnosis and became an advocate for Dysautonomia after her daughter was diagnosed with it at age 10.
In her free time, Lori loves to spend time with her family, especially her two adult children, and also her dogs Cooper and Judge. She also enjoys going to flea markets, music and other festivals, and Ole Miss football games.
Paula, Patient Care Coordinator, Nurse & Nurse Injector
Paula has worked in the medical field for over 20 years and as a nurse for the last 12 years. She has a wide range of medical experience from urology to orthopedics and pain management.
After starting out at Tennessee Tech University, she attended National College to obtain her Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree for nursing.
Paula is the mother of three children. She enjoys music and spending time with her family and three dogs when she is not working. After the loss of her sister, she became an advocate for suicide prevention and education.
Grace, Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Grace is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician with over 20 years of experience. During her extensive work alongside a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon in a cosmetic surgery environment, she found her passion for aesthetics, Medical Grade Skincare, and helping patients customize the best procedures and treatments to their personal needs.
Grace specializes in Baby Boxtox (Dermastamp), BB Glow, Infusion Pen, Max Stem, O2 Lift, Ormedic, 4 Layer Facelift, and Acne Facials. She also offers ThermiVA, ThermiSmooth Skin Tightening, Morpheus and Infusion Pen Treatments, along with Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplane, and Brow Tint. She also has a certification in Hydrafacial treatments.
When not at work, Grace loves spending time with her adult daughter and family, which includes her Belgian Shepherd, River. Grace is strong advocate for Animal Rights and a member of ASPCA.
Susan, Surgical Tech
Susan fell in love with surgery while working with her father in the Cardiovascular field. She has continued working as a surgical tech for the past 30 years, and has experience in a wide variety of specialties. Being a bit of an introvert, Susan loves helping others, but enjoys a more behind the scenes role.
Susan grew up in Memphis, and after living in TX and then FL has returned to her hometown roots to be near family. She and her husband are first time farm owners and love raising chickens and guinea fowl.
When she is not hanging out with family, she can be found wandering the back of their property with her beloved rescue pups, Harry and Bella.
