This 5’9” 43-year old mother of three wanted to achieve a flatter stomach. She had a complete mommy makeover in one single procedure, combining a breast lift with a tummy tuck. Even though her results at 6 months were fantastic, she further toned her abdomen by starting a body building regimen from 7-11 months post-op, which earned her a win in her first ever competition!
