The 42-year old 6' 0" 227-lb patient had a male breast reduction to treat his gynecomastia. Dr. Rosdeutscher combined liposuction and Renuvion skin tightening with a surgical gland excision to remove excess fat and tighten the skin for a more masculine look. Results are shown at just 1 month post-op and will continue to improve for 6-9 months.
