This 54-year old 5'6" female patient initially had an interest in liposuction on the upper and lower abdomen with skin tightening to achieve a flatter contour of her stomach. However, in her consultation with Dr. Rosdeutscher, she learned that her sagging skin would not achieve the best results with liposuction and RF skin tightening alone, and that a tummy tuck would yield much better results. Results are shown at 8 months post-op. Her scar, already well placed below the bikini line, is about 2/3 on its way to maturity and by continuing to apply the silicone scar gel provided to patients for post-op care, it will continue to fade over the next several months.
