The 5’1” 32-year old mother of two children (both via C-section) wanted to improve her abdominal contours and lift her breasts. Her mommy makeover included a tummy tuck, breast lift, and liposuction. She didn’t want her bra size of 38C to be reduced, as is typical for breast lifts, so opted for an auto-augmentation breast lift that used 550 cc of her fatty aspirate to enhance volume as well as achieve a lift. She also had a high lateral tension abdominoplasty with tightening of the abdominal wall, as well as liposuction to remove 550 cc of fat.
