The 41-year old 5'8" mother of 4 children, all via C-Section, wanted to flatten her tummy and restore her breasts to their pre-pregnancy shape as well as augment their size. She had a tummy tuck and breast lift with augmentation, initially opting for 325cc saline implants. She later decided to have an implant exchange to achieve more volume, exchanging her original implants for high profile saline implants of 505cc on the right and 525cc on the left. Her torso and tummy after pictures were taken 6 months post-op, and her breast after pictures are shown 3 years after her original mommy makeover surgery.
Note: At this time her tummy tuck scar is only midway to maturity; by continuing to apply the silicone scar gel provided to patients for post-op care, it will continue to fade over the next 6 months.
