The 5’1” 32-year old mother of two children (both via C-section) wanted to improve her abdominal contours and lift her breasts. She didn’t want her bra size of 38C to be reduced, as is typical for breast lifts, so opted for an auto-augmentation breast lift that used 550 cc of her fatty aspirate to enhance volume as well as achieve a lift. She also had a high lateral tension abdominoplasty with tightening of the abdominal wall, as well as liposuction to remove 550 cc of fat.
