The patient, a 5’2” 32-year old mother of 3 breast fed children, had a tummy tuck with liposuction on her back, flanks, hips, and abdomen. Initially weighing in at 189 lbs, the patient first lost weight to bring down her BMI to 30 at a weight of 161. She also had a breast reduction to reduce the volume of her 38DDD size breasts to complete her mommy makeover. The patient's tummy tuck results are shown at 6 months post-op. Note: At this time her scar is only midway to maturity; by continuing to apply the silicone scar gel provided to patients for post-op care, it will continue to fade over the next 6 months.
