This 55-year old patient had a lower pinch blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) with a lateral cantophexy. The cantophexy is a procedure that places stitches to tighten the outer corner of the lower eyelid, without changing the shape of the eye. Together, both procedures were effective in tightening her lower eyelids to eliminate unwanted puffiness.
