The patient, a 5’2” 32-year old mother of 3 breast fed children, had a breast reduction to reduce the volume of her 38DDD size breasts with a reduction mammaplasty. Reducing the left side more than the right size also achieved greater symmetry. Initially weighing in at 189 lbs, the patient first lost weight to bring down her BMI to 30 with a weight of 161. She also had a tummy tuck with liposuction on her back, flanks, hips, and abdomen to complete her mommy makeover.
