Kristin, Practice Manager

Kristin is a Nashville native and the founder of a prominent Med Spa in Nashville. She has 15 years of experience in the medical aesthetics field. She is excited about the scientific research and growth the industry has experienced in recent years. Her favorite thing about working in this field is the revival in confidence it gives someone to look good and feel good every day. It’s so rewarding and motivating to play a role in this transformation. 

Treating patients that come through the NuBody doors with the individual and specialized care they deserve is Kristin’s top priority. She enjoys leading a strong team of knowledgeable professionals and most of all kind, caring people.

Kristin and her husband have been married for 12 years, have 3 kids and 2 dogs, and live in Franklin where she grew up. When she’s not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her animals, and playing pickleball. 

Stephanie, Front Desk & Patient Care Coordinator

Stephanie manages the front desk at NuBody Concepts in Brentwood and is the first contact for patients who call or come into the office. She is originally from Ohio and recently moved to Nashville. She loves being a part of the NuBody team and making everyone feel comfortable, whether they are a new or returning patient. 

Stephanie has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Management from the University of Toledo. She is an advocate for making the earth a better place and believes in reducing waste and recycling whenever possible for long-term sustainability.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys cooking, working out, camping with her family, and going four wheeling. She is also an avid animal lover. And, last but not least, she recently got married!

Amanda, Surgical Tech

Amanda is a Registered Surgical Assistant licensed by the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners. She also holds a certification in Surgical Technology and is a member of the Association of Surgical Technologists.

Amanda worked at a Level 1 trauma center specializing in orthopedic trauma before she found her passion in the field of plastic surgery. Overall, she has 15 years of experience in the surgical field, 7 of which have been dedicated to cosmetic surgery.

Originally from White Bluff, TN, Amanda also served eight years in the U.S. Navy as a combat engineer and completed a tour in Afghanistan from 2012-2013.

When she is not at NuBody Concepts with her work family and busy taking care of all our patients, Amanda enjoys spending time with her five kids, two bonus sons, three fur babies, and her husband. She also loves crafting and spending time in the mountains.

Diane, Licensed Aesthetician

Diane is a licensed Aesthetician who specializes in medical aesthetics. She believes that every client has unique needs, and she structures all of her treatment protocols to the specific individual to ensure optimal results.

Diane completed her education in Miami, Florida and at Florida College of Natural Health, with an emphasis on skincare and medical aesthetics. She has been serving the Nashville area as a licensed, practicing aesthetician since 2005. Over the years, Diane has honed her skills in many areas of aesthetics, including, but not limited to, microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, skin tightening, and scar revision. 

When she isn’t reading a book, Diane likes to spend her free time in the great outdoors, whether it is hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, or simply puttering around in her flower beds.

Emmie, Licensed Aesthetician

Emmie, a graduate of Empire Beauty in Franklin, TN, is a licensed Medical Aesthetician with a passion for skincare and wellness. With almost 10 years of experience in the industry, she has dedicated her career to helping clients achieve their best skin through personalized treatments and skincare routines.

Her extensive medical grade product knowledge allows Emmie to achieve good results with advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, and waxing. Her services also include Hydrafacials, brow wax & tint, and lash lift & tint. She focuses on utilizing advanced techniques and technologies to address a wide range of concerns, from acne and scarring to signs of aging and hyperpigmentation.

When not helping patients, Emmie makes sure to make time for regular strength training to maintain her overall health and wellness. She also likes to listen to live music, and loves to travel and explore new places.

Hallee, Licensed Aesthetician

Hallee Gray has been a medical aesthetician for five years. She discovered her passion for skincare and helping others feel confident in their natural beauty while attending Ogeechee Technical College in Statesboro, Georgia.

Hallee specializes in full body waxing, lash lifts and tints, brow waxing and tinting, and facials. She is also certified in microblading and dermaplaning. Her goal as an aesthetician is to create relaxing, natural experiences that leave her clients feeling refreshed, confident, and beautiful in their own skin.

Originally from southern Illinois, Hallee was mostly raised in Nashville, Tennessee. When she is not in the treatment room, she loves reading, swimming, spending time with her family, and taking her dog for walks at the park. She also enjoys traveling and discovering new adventures wherever she goes!

Shauna, NeoGraft Consultant

Shauna has over 15 years experience in the healthcare field and we are proud to have her as our Certified NeoGraft Consultant. She finds that helping others achieve their goals is the most rewarding experience in her work with Nashville Hair Doctor & NuBody Concepts. She has been with this practice since its beginning in 2012.

Being a real people person, Shauna thrives on interacting with her patients and helping them begin their journey. She is known to prepare quotes at all hours of the night and has never let a pun go by without good use.

In her spare time, Shauna is kept very busy with her husband and 6 children. Shauna has a talent and passion for singing, and also enjoys cooking, and working out.

Lori, Practice Manager

Lori has been the office manager and head medical consultant of our Germantown practice since 2019. With degrees in both nursing and Business Administration, over 20 years in the nursing field, and 15 of those in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, she has been an invaluable cornerstone for the NuBody team.

Lori loves to connect with her patients and is known to go to exceptional lengths to accommodate everyone’s needs. She has been passionate about breast cancer awareness since her mother’s diagnosis and became an advocate for Dysautonomia after her daughter was diagnosed with it at age 10.

In her free time, Lori loves to spend time with her family, especially her two adult children, and also her fur babies. She also enjoys going to flea markets, music and other festivals, and Ole Miss football games.

Paula, Patient Care Coordinator & Nurse

Paula has worked in the medical field for over 20 years and as a nurse for the last 12 years. She has a wide range of medical experience from urology to orthopedics and pain management.

After starting out at Tennessee Tech University, she attended National College to obtain her Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree for nursing.

Paula is the mother of three children. She enjoys music and spending time with her family and three dogs when she is not working. After the loss of her sister, she became an advocate for suicide prevention and education.

Ashley, Licensed Aesthetician

Ashley is a Memphis area native who has been a licensed esthetician for 5 years. She has found her calling and has a passion for her patients. She devotes herself to the job and enjoys tailoring each treatment to ensure the desired outcome every time.

Ashley specializes in all laser treatments, including laser hair reduction and tattoo removal. She also has extended experience with pigment and vein treatments. She provides custom facials, including Hydrafacial, as well as personalized acne treatments.

During her free time Ashley enjoys spending time outside with her husband and dog. Whether its canoeing or a weekend hiking trip,  she enjoys staying active outside with those she loves. She also loves interior design, puzzles, and will never turn down a friendly game of pickleball.

Robin, Cosmetic Tattoo Artist & Aesthetician

Robin is a licensed cosmetic tattoo artist and medical aesthetician specializing in permanent makeup and paramedical tattooing. From creating natural, balanced brows and lips to restoring confidence through corrective and restorative tattoo work, she takes pride in combining precision with artistry. Her services include Powder Ombre brows, Nano Brows, MLBB (“my lips but better”), beauty marks, and scar camouflage.

Alongside her PMU and paramedical focus, she also offers advanced medical aesthetic services—providing clients with a well-rounded approach to both beauty and skin health. Her goal is to always enhance what makes each person unique while ensuring results that feel natural, refined, and empowering.

Outside of work, Robin loves spending time with her cats, working out, biking, and learning new techniques to bring back to her clients.

Caitlin, Licensed Aesthetician

Caitlin is a licensed aesthetician who is passionate about helping clients feel confident in their own skin. Her interest in skincare began at a young age after being diagnosed with eczema, sparking a lifelong fascination with skin health and wellness.

Since completing her aesthetics training in 2020, Caitlin has developed a gentle yet results-driven approach to skincare. She specializes in facials, including chemical peels and other advanced facial services, all tailored to each client’s unique needs while keeping overall skin health at the forefront.

Caitlin also offers customized lash extensions and full-body waxing and sugaring, taking pride in providing precise, comfortable, and personalized treatments. She believes that achieving healthy, radiant skin should be both relaxing and rewarding.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog and cats, as well as reading, traveling and attending concerts.

Juliette, Licensed Aesthetician

Juliette is a Licensed Aesthetician with nearly a decade of experience helping clients look and feel their best. She specializes in skincare treatments, full face and body waxing, and brow shaping, with a focus on creating results that build confidence. Her passion for aesthetics started at a young age after dealing with her own skin concerns, inspiring her to help others feel comfortable and beautiful in their own skin.

Juliette is known for her warm personality, attention to detail, and genuine care for every client who walks through her door. She believes skincare is not just about appearance—it’s about feeling good from the inside out.

Outside of work, Juliette loves spending time with her kids, traveling, and exploring new restaurants and coffee spots.

Susan, Surgical Tech

Susan fell in love with surgery while working with her father in the Cardiovascular field. She has continued working as a surgical tech for the past 30 years, and has experience in a wide variety of specialties. Being a bit of an introvert, Susan loves helping others, but enjoys a more behind the scenes role.

Susan grew up in Memphis, and after living in TX and then FL has returned to her hometown roots to be near family. She and her husband are first time farm owners and love raising chickens and guinea fowl.

When she is not hanging out with family, she can be found wandering the back of their property with her beloved rescue pups, Harry and Bella.
