Brentwood Office Staff
Andrea, Senior Medical Consultant
As our Senior Medical Consultant, Andrea advises patients about our wide range of surgical options, and helps to coordinate a treatment plan. She attended University of Tennessee and the Academy of Allied Health Careers, both in Chattanooga. She was one of the original staff members of NuBody Concepts when it opened in 2011 and has assisted in over 200 liposuction procedures on the NuBody Concepts plastic surgery team. With over 17 years in the healthcare field, Andrea enjoys educating patients and being involved in their process of positive changes. She is an advocate for Breast Cancer Awareness, the Humane Society, and Organ Donor Awareness. In her free time she enjoys writing and travel and considers herself to be a “foodie”.
Nancy, Clinical & Operations Manager
Nancy has over 20 years of healthcare experience with roles in both the surgical and management fields. At NuBody Concepts, Nancy supervises the clinical staff, serves as a liaison between patient care and administration, and oversees day-to-day operations and scheduling. She has always had a passion for helping others, and her favorite part about working at NuBody Concepts is seeing patients return happy and with a new outlook on life. Nancy is originally from Kentucky, where she earned her medical assistant certification in 1996. She is a current member of the AAMA (American Association of Medical Assistants) as well as the NMGMA (Nashville Medical Group Management Association). In her free time she enjoys running, cooking, reading, and spending time with friends and family, especially her grandchildren.
Shauna, Neograft Consultant
Shauna has over 15 years experience in the healthcare field and we are proud to have her as our Certified NeoGraft Consultant. She finds that helping others achieve their goals is the most rewarding experience in her work with Nashville Hair Doctor & NuBody Concepts. Being a real people person, she thrives on interacting with her patients and helping them begin their journey. She has been with NuBody Concepts since it’s beginning in 2012. In her spare time she is kept very busy with her husband and 5 children. Shauna has a talent and passion for singing, and also enjoys cooking, and working out.
Shelly, Administrative Assistant
As an Administrative Assistant at NuBody Concepts, Shelly enjoys her role in helping people feel confident about themselves. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech University and was certified as a Licensed Aesthetician by the Georgia Career Institute in 2008. She has worked in the medical and aesthetics field for seven years. Shelly’s work in the medical field has fueled her interest in promoting cancer awareness and research. She is an avid sports fan and loves to watch college and professional sports. In addition, she enjoys reading and spending time with her two children.
Ashleigh has always had a passion for helping others and wanted to be a nurse for as long as she can remember. She is proud to follow in her late father’s footsteps, who was also in the medical field. She holds a Medical Assistant Diploma from the Medvance Institute MA program, attended Nashville State Community College in Pre-Nursing, is a National Certified Medical Assistant through NCCT, and is looking forward to starting at Fortis Institute for Nursing. Coming to NuBody Concepts was the right choice for her, as observing the smiles on her patients’ faces when they see the improvement in their bodies gives her great satisfaction. Born and raised in Nashville, Ashleigh enjoys spending time with her extended family living nearby. She is a proud aunt, recently married, and likes to hike waterfalls, run in 5K races, train for marathons, travel, and generally, live life to the fullest.
Jennifer, R.N. & Aesthetician
Jennifer is a Registered Nurse (RN) with a degree from Nashville State Community School of Nursing. She started her career as a licensed aesthetician and has built on her skincare knowledge and experience for over 12 years, refining her skills with lasers and in-depth chemical peels on the medical side of Aesthetics. As a Certified Nurse Injector, Jennifer takes great satisfaction in creating beauty and improving her patients’ self-confidence, and she regularly attends Continued Education courses to stay up-to-date on the best techniques to smooth lines and improve volume loss in the face. Jennifer joined NuBody Concepts in August 2015, where she uses her extensive training and wide skill set to administer injectables and dermal fillers to her patients. In her spare time, Jennifer likes to work with animal rescue groups—unless she is busy creating her famous artwork that she says has yet to be discovered.
Rhianna, Administrative Assistant
As an administrative assistant at the NuBody Concepts front desk, Rhianna is often the first to get to know new patients. She is a licensed chiropractic therapy assistant and has worked in healthcare for five years. As a former makeup artist, she knows that people feel their best when they look their best. This is why she loves working in the cosmetic surgery field. Rhianna is also currently enrolled in college to further her education. In her free time, she enjoys to read, attend concerts, take fiddle lessons, spend time outdoors, travel, and cook. She tries to juggle all this with her second job as a hockey mom following her son’s games with her family. She is also a passionate advocate for pediatric cancer research.
Trish, Medical Assistant & Surgical Tech
Trish is a Certified Medical Assistant (National Association of Health Professions) and Surgical Technologist (Medvance Institute) who has worked in the medical field for over 20 years. Getting to help other people and giving back to her patients is why she loves working in healthcare. She earned her Bachelor of Applied Science degree at Siena Heights University with a minor in Medical Business Management. In addition, she is a BLS Instructor for CPR and a member of the Association of Surgical Technologists. In her free time, Trish loves quilting, gardening, and scrapbooking. When she isn’t busy as the mother of 7 children and grandmother to 15, she volunteers at Meals on Wheels and shelters for the homeless. Trish is excited about her upcoming wedding to tie the knot with her fiancé Steve in June 2019!
Germantown Office Staff
Lori, Office Manager & Medical Consultant
Lori has degrees in both nursing and Business Administration, with a combined 15 years of nursing experience. She started her career in cardiology, followed by urology and worker’s comp. Most recently, she spent the last four and a half years in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. She is excited to join the NuBody Concepts team as the office manager and head medical consultant for our Germantown practice. Lori is passionate about breast cancer awareness and became an advocate for Dysautonomia after her daughter was diagnosed with it at age 10. In her free time, Lori loves to spend time with her family, especially her two adult children, and also her dogs Cooper and Ellie. She also enjoys going to flea markets, music and other festivals, and Ole Miss football games.
Paula, Licensed Practical Nurse
Paula has worked in the medical field for over 20 years and as a nurse for the last 9 years. She has a wide range of medical experience from urology to orthopedics and pain management. After starting out at Tennessee Tech University, she attended National College to obtain her Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree for nursing. Paula is the mother of three children and is excited that her youngest will start high school next year. She enjoys music and spending time with her family when she is not working. After the loss of her sister, she became an advocate for suicide prevention and education.
