This 50-year old male patient had a surgical male breast reduction to remove excess fat and skin, together with a tummy tuck. Results for his male breast reduction are shown here 12 months postp-op. Tummy tuck results are still waiting for a follow-up belt lipectomy procedure to extend his tummy tuck around the back, which will help slim down his waist on the sides as more excess skin is removed.
