Generally, after a gentle liposuction procedure like Aqualipo, you can begin exercising lightly after about a week. After two weeks, you should be able to resume a more intensive exercise routine. Whether it’s jogging, yoga, playing a sport, or lifting weights, you should try to exercise at least 20-30 minutes a day to keep your beautiful body looking its best.

3. Make an effort to drink plenty of water each day.

Eating breakfast soon after waking up can help pave the way for a healthy, productive day. Breakfast can help improve your concentration, energy, and mood throughout the day. It can also help prevent you from overeating later in the day, as your body won’t have to go into starvation mode. For the best effect, try to eat a breakfast high in protein, containing whole grains and fruits or veggies to fuel your body properly.
