Aqua Lipo Frequently Asked Questions

Watch the Video Below to see what Kim had to say right after her Aqualipo Procedure.

What is the difference between Aqualipo and traditional Liposuction?

Traditional Liposuction is a forceful, manual removal of fat using long, sharp cannulas. Aqualipo is an innovative technology where the fat is liquefied by the latest technology and removed through the gentle flow of water. While traditional liposuction is performed under general anesthesia, Aqualipo is performed using a local tumescent anesthesia minimizing the significant risk with traditional liposuction.

What is the price of Aqualipo?

This varies from patient to patient. We offer a free consultation so we can meet with you discuss your expectations. We then can evaluate many factors in determining your individual cost. These factors vary from skin type and tone, health history and area(s) to be treated. Every patient is different and need an accurate evaluation to determine specific prices.

Can I have Aqualipo if I am not done having children yet?

Yes. The fat is removed and will not come back to the treated area(s).

What are the restrictions after having Aqualipo?

We recommend no strenuous lifting or exercise for 2 weeks. We want to help the treated area to mend giving a great result without interrupting the healing process.

How is Aqualipo “minimally invasive”?

This procedure is done while you are awake and comfortable. The tiny incisions are not sutured or stapled. Therefore, you heal easily and resume most day to day activities within 24 hours.

When can I start exercising again?

Gently at 1 week, regularly after 2 weeks

Will I bruise or have swelling?

Bruising is typically minimal and some amount of mild swelling can be expected, both resolve quickly as you heal.
